JTF Business Support 2025 \u2013 Expansion of Production Capacity<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Sch\u00f6nborner Armaturen GmbH has expanded its in-house processing capacity for sorting plastic scraps by type at its Hennersdorf facility. To this end, the company purchased a plastic shredder, a belt conveyor, and the necessary extraction and conveying equipment.<\/p>\n

The goal of the project is to recycle plastic scraps from extrusion and injection molding production and feed them back into the manufacturing process. This will reduce the amount of waste sent to external disposal facilities and the use of virgin material.<\/p>\n

This project is funded by the European Union through the Just Transition Fund (JTF) and by the State of Brandenburg.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

The State of Brandenburg<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

In the state of Brandenburg, the ESF funding programmes in the 2014-2020 funding period are aimed at improving employment opportunities and promoting education, securing skilled workers and integration into work. It supports companies and employees in gaining qualifications and securing skilled labour.

With the aim of applying new innovative product development methods and responding to the individual wishes of our customers, we continuously qualify our employees responsible for this. This ensures that our products and distribution channels are of a high standard and up to date.<\/p>\n

These qualification measures are supported by ESF funds from the European Union and the state of Brandenburg via the ILB’s further training guideline.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
